Trey Holub, B.A., NSCA-CPT

Trey is a nationally certified personal trainer. He attended Coe College where he participated in football for all four years and graduated in December of 2022 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. Trey is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Center Point-Urbana High School. He especially enjoys working with athletes, but is always ready to help anyone achieve their goals. Trey believes that hard work and dedication is key to being the best possible version of yourself.
