Why does your athlete need Speed School?
Speed is a skill that needs to be trained. Just like swinging a bat or throwing a ball, this takes time and repetition. The sooner an athlete can learn to move efficiently and control their body through space, the higher their ceiling becomes.
Our program will not only help you improve your ability to move through space fast, but teach an athlete how to self-correct through improved body awareness.
We will begin our program with a testing day to establish a baseline and ensure progress is being made. On the final day, the same tests will be performed with a report on how you have improved.
Speed School is structured twice per week with one linear (straight line) and one lateral and change of direction day.
